Sarah Jones is native Kentuckian with a huge passion for helping others.
She had a successful career in television and music, before majoring in Biochemistry from Northern Kentucky University and becoming a Food Scientist at a top global flavor company.
Her best friend was her brother Adam who battled substance abuse disorder. He passed away 4 years ago from a carfentanil overdose. His passing continues to shock those who loved and knew his inspiring and talented soul.
She left her position to take care of her mother, who tragically passed away in January of 2018.
She became President of Northern Kentucky People Advocating Recovery in honor of her brother and mother.
She wants to make a difference and believes that recovery from anything is the bravest thing anyone could do.
Sarah runs a successful online business, loves spending her days traveling, spending time with her rescue dog River, reading a good book, or listening to amazing music.
She hopes in sharing her and her brother's stories she can inspire hope, resilience, self worth, and compassion in all who hear it.
